Spingo88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any spingo88 services. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By using the spingo88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
To use spingo88's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under applicable Malaysian law.
- A citizen or legal permanent resident of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction where access to this platform is permitted under local law.
- Not be listed on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by relevant authorities.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Spingo88 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to deny or terminate access for any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at spingo88. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any available balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. spingo88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and whenever that information changes.
- Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to access the systems or data of other users without authorisation.
- Do not abuse promotions, bonuses, or special offers in any way that violates platform rules.
Account Suspension & Closure
Spingo88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In certain cases, the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. spingo88's decision in such matters is final.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
All financial transactions on the spingo88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for understanding any foreign currency conversion charges that their bank or payment service provider may apply, where relevant.
Deposit
Deposits to your spingo88 account can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, bank transfer, and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the specific terms of each payment method and may change from time to time. All successful deposits are credited on a final basis and cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. spingo88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts involved will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Spingo88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. spingo88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, text, and software on the spingo88 platform are the exclusive property of spingo88 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any content without prior written permission from spingo88.
Third-Party Links
The spingo88 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. spingo88 has no control over the content or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Spingo88 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the spingo88 platform after any such changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the Malaysian courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
